Who is LEON SKY

A young Latino Puerto Rican rapper/artist from Rochester NY. At age 9 Leon started to write poetry and immediately fell in love with storytelling, to eventually writing his own music by the age of 14. Then once he knew he wanted to create music for the rest of his life he knew he had to learn more, that’s when he picked up the guitar. He immediately started to performed in local coffee shops but later in life he became a worship leader playing bass, acoustic, and electric guitar. But then he got introduce to a whole new wave of music making at the age of 16. He opened up FL Studio for the first time, then he instantly became hooked. And that’s when he decided to become a producer as well. Leon fell in love with creating music and he doesn’t just stick to one genre, he goes above and beyond the ordinary. So with all of his skills and talents that Leon has developed over time he knew exactly what he had to do with it, make the big move to New York City to pursue his dreams even further, and at the end of 2021 Leon moved to the place where hip-hop was born, The Bronx. Afterwards he started to perform at every open mic, cafe, venue that he could find to get his name and brand out there even more, but before he moved to NYC he created a collection of projects to build his discography up, his first project he ever made is called “ECLIPTION” a project that released back in 2020, then he dropped 2 more projects in the same year, “EXPOSURE” (beat project) and then '“MINDFUL SOUL” and then the next year he dropped another project titled “THE STORY OF MAGNOLIA” his goal was to have a collection of work with him already stacked and loaded before he moved to NYC, then 2022 he dropped another project, his very first project that dropped once he moved to NYC, the project is titled “EVERYBODY NEEDS SOMEBODY” then fast forward to 2024 he dropped another project titled “OPEN YOUR MIND” which landed him an opportunity to go onto perform his first tour all over NYC, the tour was called the “OPEN YOUR MIND” NYC TOUR, featuring many different artists as well that go by the name of, Onis, Lan the Gemini, Cybra, Nate the Great, and Kai Onyx. The following year after the tour was finished it landed Leon and his friends more opportunities to perform at different and bigger venues in NYC, at the moment Leon is currently working on many projects that will be releasing very soon, so during the meantime please check out his music which is available on all platforms under the name, LEON SKY.
